A quick, focused check-in when you just need to get something off your chest.

45 Minutes – $45
A balanced session to talk things through at your own pace.

60 Minutes – $55
A full hour of uninterrupted listening and support — take your time, no rush.

Students receive $10 off any session with valid school ID.
(Parent or guardian permission is required for anyone under 18.)

4-Session Bundle (any length) – Save 10%
Buy four sessions upfront and use them anytime within 2 months.

Monthly Membership (weekly 45-min sessions) – $160/month
A consistent safe space to talk, reflect, and feel heard each week.
